Questions about our plans
How does billing work?
The basic plan (time clock) is priced by the number of employees. Up to 5, it is a flat rate. Above that, pricing follows tiers (10, 25, 50, 100… up to 3,000): you pay your tier's package, and each additional employee is charged at the next tier's rate, which is lower. Once you pass the halfway point to the next tier, everyone is billed at that tier's rate. Add-on modules have a fixed monthly price. Use the simulator above to see your total.
What is the difference between the monthly and annual plans?
Both are available for any number of employees. The annual plan is contracted for 12 months and discounts the time clock in the first tiers, and by 4% above 100 employees. The simulator shows both options and how much you save per year.
Are add-on modules charged per employee?
No. Each add-on module has a fixed monthly price, whatever the number of employees.
Is there a long-term contract?
Not on the monthly plan: you can cancel anytime. The annual plan is contracted for 12 months, with a discount in the first tiers and above 100 employees.
What about more than 3,000 employees?
